Youville Place annually participates in the Mass Performance Evaluation Program through the Massachusetts
Assisted Living Facilities Association (Mass ALFA). Our scores in this state-wide survey indicated that
ninety-four percent of Youville Place residents and their families were satisfied with the quality of service, and that ninety-five percent of our residents and their families would recommend Youville Place to a friend.
